Imagine it is the spring of 2010. Millions of earthquake survivors in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and the surroundings face another calamity due to the heavy downpours in the rainy season. Most people are barely surviving, with only the basic necessities such as tents and makeshift beds on a grass floor. Many more will die as a result of this new challenge.
